Upexl Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Upexl! We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Refund & Returns Policy

  • Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:
✔ Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✔ Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
✔ Include a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the above conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or policy restrictions. These include:

❌ Downloadable software products
❌ Health and personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, personal hygiene products)
❌ Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Refundable’

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@upexl.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Send your item to the following address:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
✔ Items that are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts) due to reasons not caused by Upexl.
✔ Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date (subject to approval).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

2️⃣ Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to process).
3️⃣ Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

8. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@upexl.com and send your item to our returns address listed above.

10. Gift Returns

🎁 If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • A gift certificate will be sent to you once we process your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

11. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost if the original item was defective or incorrect.
